How does refer a friend work?

Share your referral link with a friend. When they send their first Pocketloop gift, you both earn 500 points.
Do I get points just for receiving a Pocketloop gift?

No. But if you receive a Pocketloop gift and then send your first gift within 30 days, you will earn 500 bonus points.
What counts as a qualifying gift?

In most cases, a qualifying gift is a normal eligible Pocketloop gift purchase. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or excluded orders do not count.
How do I redeem my points?

Points can be redeemed in fixed reward tiers on a future Pocketloop gift: 500 points for $5 off, 1,000 points for $10 off, or 2,500 points for $25 off.
Do Pocketloop Points expire?

Yes. Points expire 12 months after they are earned, if unused.
Can I transfer points to someone else?

No. Pocketloop Points are tied to your email and cannot be transferred.
Can I exchange points for cash?
